My Story

Fashion, shoes and accessories have always my interest. I remember at a very young age being mesmerized in my mother’s closet, and trying on her clothes which quickly became a hobby. While growing up, I regularly traveled to vintage and consignment shops with my mother and grandmother, and quickly became a lover of timeless fashion.  As I grew older I not only enjoyed enhancing my look, but that of others, so the natural fit was to become a Fashion Stylist.

My styling has no limits, as I have the right connections and can pull off any look. I love all aspects of fashion and particularly love to mix modern with vintage pieces for a bit of a surprise.  My style is affordable yet classy.  I love mixing high/low fashion and creating out-of-the-box outfits.  I truly believe it does not take a lot of money or designer labels to be well dressed.

My goal is to inspire you with what I wear, challenge you to get out of your comfort zone, and help achieve your best look.  This is the best part of my job because if you look great, you feel great!

Tiers of Joy

Greetings everyone! I can’t believe we’re exactly four weeks away from the new year.  In the midst of the hustle and bustle, let us not forget the reason for the season!  The holiday season brings me so much joy!  I look forward to spending time with the people who are near and dear to my heart.  Speaking of joy, there are three words that describe this bold vintage look – Tiers of Joy! This look is inspiration for a special occasion or holiday event.  The details on this short caplet from Boot & Trunk, and gold lame tiered skirt are simply so stunning. To add a little fun, I accessorized with this wired Birabiro flower ring.  If you aren’t familiar with Birabiro, get ready to be mesmerized by the jewels and talent.  Birabiro was born from the simple idea that jewelry is not something that should be merely worn but something that should be enjoyed and express the personality of the wearer.  Most pieces are handmade, making them individual and perfectly imperfect.  I also love that pieces are inspired by the beauty and imperfection of nature and the birthplace of the designer — Ethiopia. I discovered Birabiro on Instagram, and immediately fell in love.  They can also be found on Facebook.  Be sure to follow their social media, and if you live in or near the New York area, check out their annual Holiday Trunk Show in Harlem NYC on December 9th. I hope you’re enjoying this series so far and look forward to providing more glam inspiration for the holidays! Xo Photography by:  GloryRoze Photography   Turn on your...

Blazin’ – Glitz and Glam Holiday Series

Hello Loves, I hope everyone has enjoyed a beautiful Thanksgiving and was able to spend it with family and friends!  I’m truly thankful for every little thing including the love and support I receive from you all.  Today I’m kicking off the holiday season with the first look from my Glitz and Glam Holiday Series, which will feature looks for balls, gala’s and party’s throughout the rest of the year. Ladies, when most of us think about preparing for a holiday function, the first thing we think of is wearing a dress.  I decided to switch things up a bit and show how a blazer can be styled for a holiday glam look.  I paired this vintage jacquard blazer with a long chiffon skirt, which not only balances out the outfit, but helps to create a softer chic look. This is an easy look to recreate and perfect for a holiday dinner party.  Do you think you would ever consider wearing a blazer for a holiday look?  I’d love to know your thoughts.  Have a great rest of the week!
