Recapping the Royalty, Rock Stars and Artists Party at Saks Fifth Avenue Raleigh

Happy Monday Guys! There’s only one word to describe my last Saturday afternoon, and that’s EPIC!  Bear with me because there are lots of pictures in this post… I was invited to attend the Royalty, Rock Stars and Artists Party at Saks Fifth Avenue in Raleigh, NC.  This fashion show featured all the new contemporary fashion trends for the spring from top designers such as Alice+Olivia, Rebecca Taylor, and BCBG.  I can’t even begin to tell you how much fun I had.  There was a DJ playing the latest upbeat music, which made you want to hit the dance floor.  Then there were cocktails – Oooh the cocktails! There were three different flavors of champagne to choose from depending on your mood, and delicious mouth-watering french macarons also in three flavors.  I wanted to park a permanent seat at the cocktail area, but didn’t want to miss the show.   As promised here are a few behind the scene photos of the clothing for the show. Christ Lyke Clothing Grand Opening!! $10,000 Giveaway!

Today I had a chance to go to the Christ Lyke Clothing Grand Opening.   The store is located on the first floor of the Triangle Town Center Mall in Raleigh, NC just a few doors down from Barnes and Noble.  They also have a kiosk in The Streets at Southpoint in Durham, NC.  I wanted to see what all the hype was about the t-shirts I had been seeing everyone wear lately. Boy was I in for a treat!  When I first walked in I was totally impressed by the very nice staff and all of the lovely merchandise showcasing a love for Christ.  That in and of itself was well worth the trip to the mall! Secondly, not only did they sell t-shirts with bible scriptures and powerful messages of the gospel on them, but they also had a lot of other unique items such as hats, backpacks, children’s clothing, games, and jewelry.  My personal favorite was a Christian Locket that can actually be custom-made in three easy steps.  There is something for everyone at the store, and if you love Christ you will definitely find something you love there.     What a great way to spread the good news and Gospel of Jesus Christ!   I definitely fell in love with the store and plan to visit again soon.   1 Peter 4:10  Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
