A few weeks ago I attended a Mother’s Day Trunk Show at Peachy Keen in Cary, North Carolina to celebrate Mom’s.  If you’ve never visited this boutique, you’re in for a huge treat.  Peachy Keen is a family owned contemporary lifestyle boutique that specializes in dressing all women.  I love that they offer a diverse selection of brands, styles and prices to compliment every woman, and every woman’s shape.  There’s something for every one of all ages and sizes here.  As a personal stylist and personal shopper, it can sometimes be a challenge to find items for my clients all within one store.  I appreciate businesses that are in touch with the reality that not everyone is thin, and try as much as possible to cater to the needs of everyone. In addition to the fab clothing at Peachy Keen, the trunk show also included unique accessory pieces by Noonday Collection, which are all handmade by mothers around the world from various countries such as Peru, Rwanda, Ecuador, India, Ethiopia, and more.  What I love so much about this business is each purchase benefits underprivileged women in struggling nations, by creating jobs. Styling services were also offered during the event.  I thought it would be fun to allow myself to be styled by another personal stylist.  More often times than not, someone else will always select something different for you than what you would select for yourself.   Allowing yourself to be styled by someone else could open up a new and different look that you may not have thought of.
