Welp! Thanksgiving is over and once again, the holiday season is here. My beau and I were tired of turkey so we decided to switch it up a bit and head out for a nice sushi dinner and night on the town to listen to some live music.
The first stop was Tasu Asian Bistro Sushi & Bar in Brierdale Shopping Center, located in Raleigh, NC. Tasu offers a laid back setting. Our waitress Diane is always cheerful and on point with her suggestions to try different rolls. She was nice enough to snap this photo of us before we plowed into our meals.
The next stop was the Beyu Caffe in Durham, NC for a treat to hear some live smooth jazz from The Stanley Baird Group featuring the sultry voice of Julia Nixon.
We really enjoyed the music and didn’t want the show to end.
Our last stop was stumbling upon a Christmas tree decorated in purple ornaments. We thought it was coincidental and amazing that it matched the colors we were wearing. I’m wearing ShoeDazzle’s Harley and I can’t say enough about how comfortable they were after being on and off my feet for six hours. Not only are they comfortable; but I love they way they look with this tree.
