Mad For Plaid

Mad For Plaid

It’s no secret how much I love mixing prints, but today I decided a different mix that’s not typically seen.  I’m mad for plaid y’all! Yes I broke the fashion rules that tell you to avoid pairing plaids, but who made those rules any way?   I decided to mix this larger buffalo plaid print with a smaller tartan print for an unexpected twist on this pattern. So why don’t you take the plaid trend and give it an update?  You’ll end up looking like a polished professional woman, who loves a traditional fabric and knows good style.       Photography by:  Em Grey Photography Shop a similar look at LIKEtoKNOW.it //Hat// (Vintage: Gifted from my Mother) //Republic Clothing Group Detachable Zipper Blazer// (Similar here: Jollychic Stylish Detachable Lap Long Sleeve Ladies Cropped Blazer) //Zara Plaid Skirt // (Similar here: CUTIE Knee length skirt) //Cromia Aurora Shopper Handbag// (Old) //Silvie Pumps by Madison// (ShoeDazzle)   Love, The Ultimate...
FALLin for You

FALLin for You

I’m in LOVE!  The tiered fringe detail lends layers of flirty bohemian flare to this statement-making skirt.  It’s perfect for the fall-like weather we’re starting to experience in my area.  It’s also fun!  I even did some “swishing” while Em Grey Photography snapped these photos 🙂 Fringe skirts are a festive element, but you can incorporate them into a wearable piece like this.  I styled this look for a date night at our favorite sushi spot, by pairing it with a light armless sweater and cropped sequin jean vest.  I also couldn’t resist wearing the new ShoeDazzle booties I snagged during their Bootie Sale a few weeks ago. // Fringe Skirt (WD.NY) // // Vest (LaROK LUXE) // // Shoes (Kavia by ShoeDazzle) // // Handbag (Thrifted) // // Make up (Reveal Cosmetics) // Photography by:  Em Grey Photography Love, The Ultimate...
Handpicked

Handpicked

With fall officially right around the corner, stores are already full of fall fashion.  Wait just one moment!  Summer isn’t over just yet, so I’m going to milk it! 🙂 These gorgeous flowers were handpicked to compliment my outfit ensemble.  People who know me personally understand my love for choosing things carefully for myself or others.   There’s just something about the idea of selecting for personal ends that excite me.  Perhaps it’s the power, inner freedom and satisfaction of knowing the story behind what goes into personally choosing something which is often remembered for a long time. Handpicking is convenient, makes sense because it saves time, and is like having things customized just for you.   Let me take the headache out of shopping by shopping for  you! 🙂 // Tulle Skirt (French Connection) // // Top (BCBGMaxazria) // // Shoes (Marella by ShoeDazzle) // // Handbag (Vintage) // // Make up (Reveal Cosmetics) // // Earrings (Grandma’s) // Photography by:  Em Grey Photography   Love, The Ultimate...
